. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, understanding client requirements, pitching available bench resources (Developers, QA, DevOps, etc.), and successfully closing staffing engagements. This is a
consultative B2B sales role
focused on connecting clients with highly skilled remote IT professionals across a wide range of technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in need of remote IT talent across diverse tech stacks.
Initiate contact through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to schedule meetings and pitch services.
Understand client requirements in depth, including technical needs, hiring models, and team structures.
Match and present suitable bench resources (Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, UI/UX designers, etc.) based on client requirements.
Act as a trusted consultant, offering tailored solutions and addressing client concerns with professionalism.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups and relationship nurturing.
Collaborate closely with internal delivery and recruitment teams to ensure accurate resource mapping and seamless onboarding.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and deal progress using CRM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in IT B2B sales, preferably in staff augmentation or recruitment services.
Strong understanding of technical roles and software project needs (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Java, QA, DevOps).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
