About the Role



We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Business Development Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and executing effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities



Develop, implement, and take ownership of sales strategies to achieve business targets. Identify and explore new revenue streams and market opportunities. Create and deliver effective sales pitches to convert leads into clients. Manage and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Generate quality leads through research, networking, and other channels. Maintain and update client databases and sales records in an organized manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Minimum 1 year of proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships. Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to achieving results. Good knowledge of lead generation techniques and CRM tools is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
