Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, social media, and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their property requirements.
Present and promote real estate projects to potential buyers and investors.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct site visits and property tours with clients.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth coordination and closing of deals.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
Requirements
:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 1-4 years
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Confident, well-groomed, and professional personality.
Strong interest in sales and the real estate industry.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
