The purpose of this role is to drive company sales by sourcing new clients, responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and managing the development of new sales leads through a variety of channels.
Responsibilities:
Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions
Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities and identify new revenue opportunities
Building business relationships with current and potential clients
Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices

Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences

Ability to work under pressure
Strong customer service skills
Ability to sell value and create credibility
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Educational Qualifications:
Minimum of a bachelor's in business, Marketing, Finance,
MBA
Required Experience:
6-8 Years in sales, business development or similar role
Must Have:
Fintech, banking or similar domain experience.
