Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, NGOs, educational institutions, and private organizations.
Initiate and follow up on proposals, MoUs, and agreements to contractually collaborate with external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with government norms and documentation processes.
Training Center Management:
Oversee the setup and smooth functioning of training centers under the Surajmal Baidevi initiative.
Act as a communication bridge between the head office and center teams.
Handle day-to-day issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with vendors, trainers, and staff as needed.
Administrative Support:
Assist with billing, payments, and expense tracking related to training centers and partnership activities.
Maintain organized records and assist in documentation and reporting requirements.
Travel:
Be available to travel across Gujarat as needed to manage or set up new training centers outside Ahmedabad.
