Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard
new distributors, retailers, and channel partners
for beverages
Manage and grow existing distributor and key account relationships
Drive
sales growth and market penetration
across assigned territories
Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Negotiate commercials including
margins, payment terms, MOVs, and schemes
Track sales performance, collections, and market feedback
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and product launches
Support product launches and brand expansion initiatives
Prepare periodic sales reports and business performance updates
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience
in
beverage manufacturing / FMCG sales or business development
Strong understanding of
distributor, super-stockist, and retail models
Experience in handling
HORECA, Modern Trade, General Trade, or Institutional Sales
(preferred)
Good negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
Familiarity with basic sales reporting tools
