Generate Leads

: Identify & source active real estate advertisers via online and offline sources. Contacting potential clients (Channel Partners and Developers) to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

Sell Digital Products

: Responsible for selling B2B lead generation and brand awareness packages and business development in Mumbai or Pune. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction.

Presentations & Demos

: Give a presentation to Channel partners and Developers about our marketing services & packages.

Negotiate & Close Deals

: Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

Client Relationship Management

: Responsible for client conversion, retention of existing clients, and references.

Sales Targets

: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the company.

Required Candidate profile



Candidates with basic knowledge of

Digital Marketing

will be given preference Candidates with experience in

B2B-Corporate Sales/Real Estate

will be preferred Candidates born and bought in

Mumbai or Pune

will be given preference
Soft skills:

Good communication Presentable Positive with a go getter attitude Ready to work under targets Good negotiation skills. Good command on English and Hindi Language

Pay: ₹41,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
