Identify and develop new business opportunities for bakery products in retail, wholesale, and institutional markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.
Develop strategies to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business deals with clients and partners.
Coordinate with the production and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Regularly prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
4-5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in the bakery, FMCG, or food industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Result-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
