Job Description

Key Responsibilities



1. Business Development & Strategy



Develop and execute business growth strategies for the

assigned electrical/electronic product line

. Identify potential industries, OEMs, and contractors for business expansion. Explore new B2B opportunities across South India.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth



Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Handle industrial and B2B sales accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships. Drive customer retention and repeat business through strong service and support.

3. Technical Support & Application Guidance



Provide technical consultation to customers on product selection, specifications, and applications in the electrical/electronics industry. Conduct product trials, demos, and presentations at client sites. Support clients with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

4. Product & Supplier Coordination



Coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers for pricing, product updates, and stock availability. Monitor product performance and share improvement feedback with the management.

5. Market Research & Reporting



Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product launches in the electronics industry. Prepare market intelligence reports and submit periodic updates to management.

6. Customer Relationship Management



Handle customer concerns with professionalism and provide quick resolutions. Ensure high customer satisfaction and build long-term business relationships.

7. Operational Coordination



Collaborate with logistics, accounts, and stores for smooth order processing. Manage invoicing, collections, and credit follow-ups. Maintain proper records of quotations, orders, and client communications.

8. Compliance & Documentation



Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Maintain detailed documentation of sales activities and technical reports.

Candidate Profile



Experience:

3-5 years in industrial and

B2B sales (electronics industry compulsory)

.

Education:

Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.

Skills Required:

Strong technical knowledge of electrical/electronic products. Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Customer-oriented with problem-solving ability.

Other Requirements:

Willingness to travel extensively across South India. Own two-wheeler/four-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
