We are hiring a Business Development professional for our Investment Banking division. This is a client-facing role focused on identifying new business opportunities with corporates, startups, and high-growth companies.
The candidate should be proactive, commercially driven, and capable of building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporates and startups
Build and manage a strong client pipeline through outreach, research, and networking
Track market trends and identify growth opportunities
Coordinate with founders and senior management teams
Support client meetings, networking events, and business initiatives
Work with internal teams on sector and geography-based outreach strategies
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system
Prepare reports on business development pipeline and conversions
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing, Sales, or related field
2 to 7 years of experience in investment banking, corporate banking, consulting, or business development roles
Key Skills:
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Sales and negotiation experience
Good understanding of investment banking and capital markets
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Details:
Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working days: 5.5 days (alternate Saturdays, all Sundays off)
Travel required: Up to 20 percent
