Sr Business Analyst/Associate - Technology Practice - Gurgaon - 5+ Years
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 5+ years' experience in research and consulting within the technology sector. You will partner with global stakeholders to support C-suite hiring through market research, industry insights, talent mapping, and strategic deliverables. This high-impact individual contributor role blends research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement within the technology practice of a leading global leadership advisory firm.
Location: Gurgaon

Responsibilities: * Supporting consultants on senior-level mandates globally

• Collaborating with global teams to build market insights and talent pools
• Tracking market developments and identifying potential business opportunities
• Creating strategic reports, talent mappings, and sector-specific org charts
• Developing expertise in the technology domain and contributing to client deliverables

Requirements * Postgraduate from a reputed institution

• Minimum 5 years of experience in research/consulting/technology
• Global exposure with a strong grasp of the technology industry and its trends
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Strong command over MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• A self-starter with critical thinking, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit
