Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr Business Analyst with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in Business Services Operations Intelligence & Reporting and Analysis & Planning. Proficiency in English is required and experience in Finance & Accounting and Governance Risk & Compliance is a plus. The role involves rotational shifts and does not require travel.

Responsibilities

Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements. Develop and maintain comprehensive business intelligence reports to support decision-making. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive business growth. Oversee the implementation of business solutions and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders and gather feedback. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and make necessary adjustments. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all business operations. Utilize advanced analytical tools to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights. Support the development of business plans and forecasts to guide organizational strategy. Coordinate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of business systems and technologies. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on project objectives. Adapt to rotational shifts and collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in Business Services Operations Intelligence & Reporting and Analysis & Planning. Demonstrate proficiency in English for effective communication and documentation. Experience in Finance & Accounting and Governance Risk & Compliance is highly desirable. Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive business improvements. Show capability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team setting. Display strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Certifications Required

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification preferred.
