Document existing processes
Analyze data (SOPS / Process Flows)
Support implementation activities using change management approaches and interact with stakeholders
Work in a team environment and provide business process management expertise to staff engagements and project work streams
Maintain inventory of business processes and coordinate updates to the inventory working with various Operations department teams
Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures necessary to support Operations processes support the development of service and operating agreements.

Process reengineering business analysis

7 - 10 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis

US Residential Mortgage experience with Business skills MUST

Data skills - preferable

LSS GB/BB - certification desired
