Senior Business Analyst - C- Level Tech Leadership Research (CTO/CISO/CDO) - Executive Research - 5+ Years - Gurgaon
We are looking for a strategic thinker and insightful research professional to join as a Senior Business Analyst - Technology Practice, focusing on high-impact global searches for top technology officers - CTOs, CISOs, Chief Digital Officers, and more - across industries.
Location- Gurgaon

Responsibilities: * Conducting in-depth research on tech leadership trends, organizational structures, and evolving C-level roles.

• Collaborating on global mandates to identify and assess top-tier technology leadership talent.
• Developing insightful deliverables including candidate mappings, market analyses, and client-ready presentations.
• Monitoring cross-sector technology shifts and leadership moves to inform strategic recommendations.
• Supporting business development by identifying emerging opportunities and contributing to practice presentations.

Requirements: * Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.

• 5+ years of experience in research, consulting or industry roles with strong exposure to technology and leadership functions.
• Familiarity with global markets and executive-level mandates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); detail-oriented and self-driven.
