We are looking forward to hire Business Analysis Professionals in the following areas :

Business Analysis

1. Logical Data modelling with understanding on entity relationships like 1:1, 1:n, n:n, etc. - Using MIRO

2. Domain driven design approach to analysis (DDD).

3. BRD and FSD documentation including other form of documentation.

4. Should have worked in Agile ways of working while aligning with multiple teams to drive the sprint.

5. The Business Analyst is expected to engage with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements and effectively translate them for the client technical team. They will collaborate closely with the Solution Architect to define the project scope, streamline requirements, and ensure alignment with future business needs.

6. Tool understanding: Confluence, Visio, Miro, Jira, and others

7. Aviation domain understanding would be a plus but not a mandatory criterion.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree.

8+ years of experience in the insurance industry with demonstrated expertise in underwriting, claims, reinsurance, actuarial, financial, and regulatory processes.

Proven track record in implementing Digital Projects

Strong analytical skills

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and training skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills

Ability to understand the various Tech/Digital tools and ability to work closely with Technology Architects

Ability to handle large data

Flexible to travel as per Project needs

Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
