Sr. BRANCH MANAGER (M / F):

MBA, Fluent in English & Tamil Rich exp. & expert in Finance sector,

Able to Handle Branch Operations Independently & profitably.

Location : Neelankarai, ECR Chennai..

A Branch Manager oversees all aspects of a branch office, ensuring smooth operations, meeting sales targets, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. They manage staff, develop and implement strategies, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Staff Management:

Hiring, training, supervising, and motivating staff to achieve individual and team goals, providing guidance and support, and conducting performance evaluations.

Customer Service:

Ensuring excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and fostering positive relationships with customers.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

Developing and implementing sales plans, setting and achieving sales targets, and identifying opportunities for new business development.

Financial Management:

Managing the branch's budget, preparing financial reports, and ensuring profitability.

Operational Management:

Overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, and implementing strategies to improve performance and productivity.

Compliance:

Ensuring adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

Communication and Relationship Building:

Effectively communicating with staff, management, and customers, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Additional Skills and Qualifications:

Strong leadership and management skills:

The ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and make sound decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills:

The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and customers, and to build strong relationships.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills:

The ability to identify and resolve problems, and to make informed decisions in a timely manner.

Financial acumen:

An understanding of financial statements, budgets, and profitability.

Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements:

A thorough understanding of relevant laws and regulations.

Sales and marketing experience:

Experience in developing and implementing sales plans, and in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Experience in a related field:

Prior experience in banking, finance, or a related industry is often preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent:

A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is often preferred.
