Senior Branch Manager

NBFC or banking sector

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient performance. Lead and manage branch staff, driving them towards achieving monthly and annual business goals. Ensure adherence to compliance, audits, and internal control systems. Manage customer relationships, resolve escalations, and provide superior service delivery. Analyze financial statements and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability. Identify growth opportunities, expand the customer base, and introduce new financial products or services. Handle credit assessments, approvals, and risk mitigation in line with company policy. Monitor recovery, collections, and loan portfolio health. Coordinate with the head office and ensure reporting and documentation are timely and accurate. Willingness to

travel

across locations for business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

MBA in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in branch operations and financial services. Proven track record in managing branch performance, team leadership, and customer service. In-depth knowledge of financial products, lending policies, risk assessment, and recovery processes. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Fluent in

Tamil and English
