The Branch Manager will be responsible for promoting the organization's educational programs within the assigned geographical area, driving admissions, and managing branch operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote educational courses and programs offered by the organization.
Achieve individual student enrolment targets in the assigned centres.
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.
Conduct seminars, presentations, and counselling sessions for students and parents.
Visit schools, colleges, and institutes to generate awareness and leads.
Counsel prospective students and guide them through the admission process.
Manage, train, and motivate a team of executives to achieve branch targets.
Oversee day-to-day branch operations independently and ensure smooth functioning.
Generate and track admissions through effective follow-ups and relationship management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
Strong local network and understanding of the regional market.
Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education industry.
Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
Must possess own conveyance.
