Job Description

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the jewellery store, managing the sales team, ensuring outstanding customer service, and achieving business targets. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in retail or jewellery store management, with proven leadership and sales expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and smooth functioning. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Ensure excellent customer service standards and handle escalated customer issues professionally. Monitor inventory levels, stock management, and merchandising standards. Plan and execute marketing initiatives, promotions, and in-store events. Prepare reports on sales performance, staff productivity, and operational metrics for senior management. Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Branch Manager or in senior retail management, preferably in jewellery or luxury retail. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and merchandising. Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions. Professional, customer-focused, and capable of maintaining brand reputation.
