Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily branch operations efficiently
Lead, train, and motivate branch staff to achieve performance goals
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
Handle customer escalations and ensure high service standards
Monitor branch financials, expenses, and profitability
Maintain accurate records, reports, and MIS submissions
Build strong local market presence and business relationships
Conduct regular staff evaluations and performance reviews
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar leadership role
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
Good knowledge of operations, sales, and customer service
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors certification
