KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Manage and analyze benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local regulations. Collaborate with HR, LER/Legal, Total Rewards and other stakeholders to design and implement benefits initiatives that support employee well-being. Stay up to date with and adhere to all relevant regional labor laws and regulations related to employee statutory benefits across India, ASEAN and Pacific regions. Communicate benefit plan details, changes, and updates to employees, leadership, and other stakeholders through multiple channels (as appropriate). Audit current processes, systems, and vendor activities to identify and resolve gaps. Report findings to the leadership and oversee follow-up actions. Evaluate controls and drive continuous improvement. Regularly prepare and present regional compliance scorecards and KPIs to the leadership

REGION SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

Ensure rigorous policy administration and governance around Pensions program, statutory compliance for APAC Own E2E administration of retirement plans like provident fund (PF), National Pension System (NPS) and other relevant schemes in India. Promptly review and address government notices on pensions, social security, employee investigations, or other legal matters, consulting relevant stakeholders as needed. Ensure all benefit deductions and remittances are processed promptly to maintain regulatory compliance and the organization's financial integrity

YOU MUST HAVE:



A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Benefits administration or related roles. Strong knowledge of pension regulations and compliance in India. Proficiency in pensions management software and HRIS systems. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills Good stakeholder management and problem-solving skills Strong knowledge of benefits administration and compliance in the APAC region. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to assess pension program effectiveness.

VALUE:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience working in a multinational company with a focus on APAC benefits administration. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data. Experience in managing pensions trust, matters related to statutory compliances and resolving issues/disputes with government agencies. Act boldly for what you believe is right.
