Bench Marketing & Sales:
Market
H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizen
consultants across various technologies.
Develop relationships with Tier-1 vendors, clients, and implementation partners.
Proactively reach out to potential clients and vendors for new opportunities.
Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and networking for marketing consultants.
End-to-End Recruitment:
Identify and submit qualified candidates for suitable job openings.
Negotiate rates and contract terms with vendors and clients.
Follow up with clients for interview feedback and onboarding procedures.
Maintain records of candidates, client interactions, and placement details.
Networking & Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, clients, and vendor partners.
Engage in consultant retention and understand their skill sets and preferences.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure high consultant satisfaction.

Pay: ₹35,814.12 - ₹56,493.95 per month
