Hiring: Business Development Manager (BDM) - Insurance (Agency & Banca Channel)

We are hiring an experienced and proactive Business Development Manager (BDM) for our Agency & Banca Channel operations in the insurance sector. If you are passionate about sales, team building, and achieving business growth, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Agency Channel:
Recruit, train, and develop insurance agents
Drive agent activation and productivity
Build a strong agent pipeline for consistent business growth
Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and sales activities
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets

Banca Channel:
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff
Drive insurance product sales through partner bank branches
Provide product training and support to bank employees
Ensure smooth coordination for lead generation and policy issuance
Achieve banca sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction

Candidate Requirements:
Experience in Life/General Insurance sales (Agency or Banca preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage field activities and meet business targets
Leadership qualities with a proactive mindset

Graduates preferred
