Sr. Business Development Executive - Inbound Sales

5:30 PM to 2:30 AM



Key Responsibilities:



Efficiently manage

inbound leads

via emails, calls, and live product/service demonstrations

Own the

complete sales lifecycle

--from initial customer engagement to final closure

Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective clients

Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries across communication channels

Conduct

high-impact product demos

tailored to client needs and business goals

Drive revenue by closing deals and ensuring timely, personalized follow-ups post-demo

Maintain updated and accurate lead information within the

CRM system



Analyze lead quality, conversion patterns, and provide insights to improve processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and sales efficiency

Requirements:



2-3 years of experience

in inbound sales, business development, or client-facing roles

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Prior experience dealing with

both B2B and B2C

customer segments

Ability to manage multiple leads, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment

Strong persuasion skills, negotiation abilities, and a customer-centric mindset

Hands-on experience with

CRMs, sales funnels, and lead management tools



Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in

US shift timings
