Senior Backend Engineer - Lead the Future of Credit Card Platforms

As a

Senior Backend Engineer

, you will play a key role in building the next-generation credit card platform. You will design and develop scalable, high-performance backend systems, implement microservices, and ensure robust, reliable APIs. This role offers the opportunity to work across product, design, and engineering teams, mentor junior developers, and drive best practices in coding, testing, and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

Build and maintain backend systems using

Node.js, GraphQL, TypeScript, and RESTful APIs

. Design

scalable microservices

and optimize system performance. Ensure

high-quality code

through testing, automation, and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative features. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning. Drive improvements in development processes and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

6+ years of backend development experience with

Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and REST APIs

. Hands-on experience with

cloud-native applications

(AWS preferred). Strong expertise in

microservices architecture, OOP, and API integrations

. Experience with

Agile development and DevOps practices

. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience in

financial services or credit card platforms

Kubernetes

and working with

CI/CD pipelines
