Job Details:
Job Title : Backend Engineer (Java + Python) based in Ahmedabad/WFH
Job Location: Remote WFH
Reporting to: Architect and Dev manager on client side
Position Overview:
Design, develop, and maintain backend services with a strong focus on Java-based applications.
Build, optimize, and support microservices and distributed system architectures.
Develop and maintain REST APIs and contribute to GraphQL APIs where applicable.
Contribute to frontend development using React as needed to support end-to-end solutions.
Write and maintain Python scripts and services to support backend and integration needs.
Design, deploy, and operate cloud-native applications on AWS using container technologies.
Implement and manage infrastructure using Terraform following Infrastructure-as-Code best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
What You'll Need:
5-7 years of experience in Software Engineering.
Strong hands-on experience in Java backend development.
Solid experience building and maintaining REST APIs (primary focus) and working knowledge of GraphQL.
Working experience with Python.
Ability to contribute across the stack, including React for frontend development.
Good understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
Experience with cloud-native engineering, including AWS and containerized environments.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code, specifically Terraform.
Ability to work effectively within the APAC time zone
**Selection Process : Process of shortlisting and final selection, includes Background Check for identity, Education and Reference Check done by 3rd party company.
Salary Structure:
Best as per industry standard with CTC, including a max. 10% variable amount.
Hybrid Working Models OR WFH depending on position.
