We are looking for an experienced

Senior Backend Developer

to join our growing engineering team in Hyderabad. This is a

client-facing onsite role

, ideal for someone who is passionate about building scalable, cloud-native systems using modern backend technologies like

Java, Python, Kubernetes

CI/CD pipelines

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain scalable backend applications using

Java (Spring Boot)

and

Python (Flask)

Design and implement

RESTful APIs

and microservices architecture Develop and deploy containerized applications in

Kubernetes environments

Use

NATS messaging system

to build event-driven applications Optimize backend performance in

cloud-native deployments

Implement

CI/CD pipelines

for continuous integration and delivery Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth project delivery Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Participate in

code reviews

, architecture decisions, and technical discussions

Mandatory Requirements (Screening Criteria)

Minimum

4+ years

of professional backend development experience Proven hands-on experience with

Kubernetes, Docker

, and

CI/CD pipelines

Strong working knowledge of

Java (Spring Boot)

and

Python (Flask)

Experience with

NATS

or similar message streaming systems Familiarity with

microservices architecture

and

container orchestration

Strong problem-solving abilities, clean code practices, and team collaboration Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities

Required Skills

Cloud & DevOps:
