Senior Backend Developer

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Backend Developer

to design, develop, and maintain

scalable, high-performance backend systems and APIs

. In this role, you will contribute to backend architecture, optimize system performance, and mentor junior developers while ensuring secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and

RESTful APIs

using

Node.js

Build and optimize

scalable, event-driven systems

using

Kafka

Improve application performance through

Redis caching

and efficient database queries Work with

MongoDB and MySQL

for data modeling and storage Ensure backend systems meet standards for

security, scalability, and reliability

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, QA, and DevOps Review code, enforce best practices, and guide junior developers

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with

Node.js

Experience working with

Redis

for caching and performance optimization Proficiency in

MongoDB and MySQL

Solid understanding of

REST APIs

and

microservices architecture

Experience with

event-driven architecture

(Kafka preferred) Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
