Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs
Lead backend architecture decisions and ensure system scalability and reliability
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
Optimize application performance, security, and database queries
Integrate third-party services, APIs, and cloud-based solutions
Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
Implement data storage solutions using SQL and NoSQL databases
Ensure application security, data protection, and compliance
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
5-10 years of experience in backend development
Strong expertise in backend technologies such as
Java / Node.js
Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and MVC architecture
Proficiency in databases like
MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices
Experience with version control systems (Git)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
