Senior Back Office Executive: Fabrication Company Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Back Office Executive to provide essential administrative and operational support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our fabrication company by managing data, documentation, project coordination, and inter-departmental communication.

Key Responsibilities:



Data & Document Management:

Maintain, update, and manage databases for projects, inventory, client information, and sales data. Oversee filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure easy accessibility of information. Process and verify project-related documents, invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.

Project & Workflow Support:

Assist in coordinating project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and tracking progress. Organize team tasks and facilitate communication to ensure integrated work results. Monitor and manage inventory levels for raw materials and finished goods.

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare operational reports, performance summaries, and presentations for management. Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends or inefficiencies.

Inter-Departmental Coordination:

Liaise between front office, sales, production, and management teams. Respond to internal inquiries and facilitate information flow.

Financial Administration:

Process company receipts, invoices, and bills, ensuring accuracy. Assist with account reconciliation and identify discrepancies.

Office Administration:

Manage office supplies, equipment, and coordinate with vendors. Support scheduling and calendar management. Implement process improvements for increased efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:



Proven experience in back-office, administration, or operations, preferably in manufacturing/fabrication. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and database software. Excellent communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ENGLISH communication

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
