MAKE AN IMPACT

Experience: 5+yr


Key Responsibilities:


Gather and document business requirements for Gloss-related projects.

Conduct analysis of existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.

Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify needs and translate them into functional specifications.

Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases and validating outcomes.

Maintain clear and concise documentation for reference and audit purposes.

Communicate effectively with technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.

Track project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.




Skills & Qualifications:


Minimum 5 yrs of experience as a BA

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in Gloss/finance domain.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Knowledge of business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques.

Familiarity with Gloss-related tools and systems is a plus.
