Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced BAMS, MD Ayurveda Doctor with a proven track record in managing a team of doctors, improving patient conversion rates by over 50%, and driving revenue growth. This is a target-oriented role that includes performance-based incentives. The ideal candidate will oversee clinic operations, training, patient engagement, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical & Team Management

? Lead and manage a team of Ayurvedic doctors across multiple clinics.

? Train doctors and staff on patient consultation techniques, treatment protocols, and

conversion strategies.

? Oversee daily and monthly clinical reports, ensuring smooth clinic operations.

? Monitor patient experience and implement strategies to enhance satisfaction and

retention. Performance & Revenue Growth

? Set and achieve patient conversion and revenue targets.

? Continuously improve consultation-to-treatment conversion rates.

? Implement strategic plans to boost clinic performance and revenue generation.

Training & Development

? Develop training modules and visual aids for doctors and sales staff.

? Conduct periodic CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs and doctor

meetups.

? Provide mentorship and skill enhancement sessions for clinic teams.

Research & Knowledge Sharing

? Represent the clinic in conferences and seminars, delivering presentations.

? Publish research papers in reputed Ayurveda and medical journals.

? Stay updated on emerging Ayurvedic practices and integrate them into treatments.

Operational Oversight

? Ensure the availability and supply management of Ayurvedic medicines.

? Track and analyze clinic performance reports.

? Coordinate with different departments for seamless clinic operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

? BAMS, MD (Ayurveda) with 5-10 years of experience in a corporate clinic setting.

? Strong leadership and team management skills.

? Expertise in patient consultation, treatment planning, and conversion improvement.

? Ability to develop and conduct training programs.

? Experience in organizing CMEs, conferences, and research presentations.

? Business-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
