Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth Ayurvedic consultations, diagnosis, and personalized treatment planning.
Oversee and guide all
Panchakarma therapies
ensuring authenticity, precision, and guest satisfaction.
Provide specialized Ayurvedic care for
pregnancy, postnatal, and women's health
programs.
Supervise and train junior doctors and therapists in Panchakarma and treatment protocols.
Maintain detailed case records, monitor progress, and ensure high clinical standards.
Work closely with the operations, pharmacy, and therapist teams to ensure smooth treatment flow.
Engage with guests professionally, building trust and encouraging repeat visits.
Support management in
guest acquisition
through referrals, networking, and participation in wellness events.
Contribute to medical content creation (articles, talks, digital sessions) for Ayurvedagram's outreach programs.
Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, documentation, and Ayurvedic principles in all treatment processes.
Requirements
BAMS / MD (Ayurveda)
from a recognized university.
Minimum 5-10 years of clinical experience
in Ayurvedic practice, including hands-on Panchakarma supervision.
Proven expertise in
Panchakarma, women's wellness, and pregnancy care
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to attract and retain guests through high-quality care and service.
Prior experience in
Ayurvedic hospitals, wellness centres, or retreats
preferred.
