Role Overview

We are looking for

Engineer / Senior Engineer - Automation

professionals with strong hands-on experience in

PLC/SCADA/DCS systems

to support automation engineering, FAT/SAT, and site commissioning activities.

Academic Qualifications

Degree in

Electronics / Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering

, or Diploma in

Mechatronics

from reputed institutions (e.g., NTTF)

Required Experience

3-8 years of experience in an

automation company

Exposure to

process or machine automation

using PLC/SCADA/DCS systems Experience in

Pharma or other process automation industries

Must-Have Technical Skills

Hands-on experience with

Siemens PLC

and/or

Rockwell PLC

PLC programming using

STL / LAD / FBD

HMI development using

WinCC / FactoryTalk View / Wonderware

Knowledge of

PCS 7

is an added advantage

Develop

I/O lists

from P&IDs Prepare

Network & Configuration Diagrams

PLC program development for Siemens/Rockwell/Schneider systems HMI screen development and testing Conduct

panel inspections and FAT

(internal & external) Coordinate with

Electrical, Process, and Project teams

Key Responsibilities - Site & Commissioning

Site travel for

installation, startup, and commissioning

Supervise switching ON of electrical & automation panels Instrument calibration and VFD parameterization Field wiring checks and safety loop validation Communication bus installation (

Profinet / Profibus

) Network & system architecture validation IO testing, SAT, sequence testing, and water trials Plant startup, commissioning, and operator training System handover and documentation (

As-Commissioned

) Weekly progress reporting to Team Manager

Pay: ?406,150.93 - ?1,316,613.12 per year
