Job Description
Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement 1-8 years of experience in the similar profile MBA from Tier 1 college / CA/ CFA or an equivalent degree Strong written and verbal communication skills Structuring the deliverables & developing new capabilities Demonstrate strength and experience in client relationship building Should be well versed with MS Office suite specially Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point Ability to achieve individual & team targets by mentoring and guiding junior team members Attitude to learn and gel up with the team Flexibility as per the work /client project requirements Strong problem solving abilities and analytical thinking skills Shifts Rotational Shifts (APAC/UK/US) Responsibilities Conducting secondary research across industries with focus on company\'s ESG initiatives, Sustainability KPIs, Sustainable investing strategies, Responsible sourcing, Diversity & Inclusion, Governance structures, etc. Managing business research requests on company profiling, fact packs, industry research, thematic research, newsletters, competitive benchmarking, organization structures, among others Rapid research - data collation and presentation from databases or Internet search Understand client requirement, scope projects, manage end-to-end execution and delivery (work allocation, research, analysis, synthesized insights, quality control, delivery)
