About the Position




Responsibilities



Program Management & Implementation




Plan, execute, and monitor CSR projects in line with partner and organizational goals. Ensure timely implementation, adherence to project timelines, and quality deliverables. Conduct field visits and supervise partner organizations for effective execution.

Stakeholder & Partner Engagement




Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate CSR teams, NGOs, and community partners. Facilitate coordination between implementing partners, government departments, and beneficiaries. Represent BharatCares in review meetings and partner discussions.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting




Track project outcomes using defined KPIs and prepare periodic progress reports. Support in impact assessment, data collection, and documentation of success stories. Develop case studies, MIS reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Proposal Development & Documentation




Assist in concept note and proposal writing for new CSR opportunities. Document processes, best practices, and project learnings for scalability.

Team & Operational Support




Mentor and coordinate with field teams and volunteers. Support internal reviews, budgeting, and operational processes.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:



Strong understanding of CSR regulations, social sector ecosystem, and government frameworks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in monitoring & evaluation, reporting, and documentation. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and data management tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Comfortable with field travel and cross-functional coordination.
Qualifications & Experience:


Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Management, or related fields.

4-8 years

of experience in CSR project management, NGO partnerships, or development sector initiatives. Experience in managing CSR-funded projects will be an added advantage
