We are seeking an innovative and analytical Operations Program Manager to support the Prime Video Trust & Safety Operations to define and manage metrics, create regulatory content compliance processes, build mechanisms across Operations, Policy, and Business, and reduce risk across current processes. Prime Video Trust & Safety programs aim to enable a globally trusted customer experience by ensuring that Prime Video (PV) provides content customers love and trust and accurate, meaningful and complete information to empowering customers to make informed viewing choices for themselves and their children.
Trust & Safety quality team is looking for those skilled in video moderation, ensuring content aligns with regulatory standards while upholding quality benchmarks. Join our team to meticulously monitor videos, proactively identify compliance issues, and maintain a safe, reputable platform.The Quality Auditor will execute quality audits aligned with the vision of creating the perfect customer experience, documenting and recommending plans to mitigate the risk. The Quality Auditor should be flexible, detail-oriented, and skilled at working with operations team. As an advocate for our customers, the Quality Auditor will help to develop an environment that enhances our ability to deliver with quality bar.Key job responsibilities
Executing the transaction quality measurement framework for Prime Video serving multiple geographies and channels.
- Audit in a professional, ethical, and objective manner of titles to ensure adherence to quality audit standards.
- Accurately execute auditing tasks in a timely manner to meet programmatic and operational needs.
- Display decision making aptitude based on audit guidelines and in ambiguous contexts.
- Identify root cause of defects and process improvement opportunities to enhance process efficiency, quality and customer experience.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Bangalore, KA, INDBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 1+ years of data-driven business operations processes experience
- Bachelor\'s degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- 2+ years of audit experience.
- Demonstrated excellent time-management, organizational and prioritization skills as well as eye for detail with high level of accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully deal with ambiguity.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with sound judgement and decision making.
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills; including the ability to comfortably engage with internal and external stakeholders to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Auditing/quality monitoring experience, preferably in a quality process role supporting a contact center environment.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills; including the ability to find, interpret, and make recommendations based on available data.
- Experience in content policy, anti-abuse, and reviewing online content.
- Avid PV user, preferred
- Experience identifying abuse trends or working in news or policy with passion for international issues, including freedom of expression, online controversial content, misinformation etc.
