We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven US Non-IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, particularly in hiring for non-IT roles such as healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, finance, administration, customer service, and other domains across the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the full life cycle of recruitment for non-IT roles in the US.
Source candidates using job boards (Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster), social media (LinkedIn), and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, availability, and fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
Negotiate pay rates and close candidates effectively.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Meet daily/weekly targets and ensure timely delivery of quality profiles.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a recruiter in US staffing (Non-IT domain).
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Familiarity with US employment terms (W2, C2C, 1099) is a plus.
