Role:

Sr. Associate will be working with the transaction advisory arm of the firm with focus on Merger & Acquisitions advisory, Financial due diligence, Valuation, Fundraising, Buy side/Sell side advisory.

Key Responsibility areas:

preparing pitch books / company profiles industry study and reports trading comps, precedent transactions comps valuation models company focused discussion documents studying, building & analyzing different business & financial models

Requirements

Qualification:

MBA Finance from a reputed college/ Qualified CA

Experience:

2 - 3 years Investment Banking experience in front end IB firm / Big10

Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Power point is essential Knowledge of conducting open ended secondary research to garner industry specific insights Contacting Industry players for potential M&A opportunities globally. Developed inter-personal skills, team orientation, and professional attitude. Self-motivated and with an ability to operate with limited supervision Must be part of 2/3 closed / ongoing deals.
