Job Title:Sr. Associate Sales/CRM Automation DevelopmentSummary: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales and CRM Automation Developer (Java Full Stack) to join our dynamic team, good to understand CRM systems. In this role, you will play a part in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade application solutions with capabilities similar to Salesforce ecosystem. You would get to handle complex business processes, workflow automation, integrations, and critical data management that enhance user productivity.
Leveraging your expertise in Java, front-end technologies, and database, you will ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and high-performing sales process automation solutions that align with business goals and compliance standards.Responsibilities Include:Key Tasks and Deliverables:

• Design, develop, and implement Java applications and webservices interfaces using Java, JSP, Spring boot, SQL/RDBMS, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Collaborate with team members to analyse and implement complex changes, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards
• Stay up to date with the latest development approaches and technologies, and integrate them into your work to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our development processes
• Respond promptly to production application or systems issues, working diligently to analyse and resolve them. This may require being on call during off-hours and holidays.
• Independently develop code and test features, demonstrating debugging and troubleshooting abilities
• Collaborate effectively with team members to successfully implement complex changes, mentor junior members of the team and lead projects implementations
• Follow agile IT processes, collaborating closely with the business to swiftly address any problems that arise

Qualifications:The following are required for the roleThe following are required for the role

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Math, Engineering, or a related field
• Over all with min 2 - 4+ years of experience in both Java Technical development
• Strong technical skills of the technology stack including Java, JSP, Springboot, SQL/RDBMS, front end technologies, JS, CSS, HTML and Tomcat server
• Proficiency in UI Technologies such as HTML, JS, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap is good t have
• Thorough in Core Java Language concepts including Collections, Concurrency/Multi-Threading issues application-wide focusing on performance optimization
• Hands-on experience of min 1-2 java application development as Java Full Stack, deployment, hosting
• Proven ability to comprehend customer business processes and develop appropriate solutions, document functional
• Result-driven with a positive attitude - adaptable, flexible, and resourceful.
• Ability to think conceptually and analytically - extracting, analyzing, and documenting complex business and technical requirements
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Any Certification in Java application development, Database or front-end technologies is preferred
• Experience working in a global organization with diverse technologies
• Familiarity or knowledge customer relationship management system (CRM), preferred exposure of Salesforce
