Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical roles including:
QA - Manual Testing
QA - Automation Testing (Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
Software Development (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack)
AI/ML and Data Science roles
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
Manage job postings across platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and others.
Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical interviews.
Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS.
Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
Proven experience in technical recruitment (preferably in IT services or product-based companies).
Strong understanding of technical roles, tools, and terminologies.
Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Experience working with ATS systems.
Prior experience hiring for AI/ML or niche tech roles is a plus.
