We are looking for a detail-oriented Sr Associate to join our Performance Marketing team. The candidate must have experience executing and managing paid media campaigns across digital channels and strong communication and organizational skills. This position is essential for supporting our performance marketing operations as we work to build our in-house media planning and buying capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development, implementation and optimization of paid media campaigns across multiple channels and platforms including search, social, direct and programmatic digital media.
Ensure performance marketing plans align to campaign strategies and objectives
Work closely with strategic campaign leads, content, creative, marketing automation, web, analytics, sales and other teams to facilitate and share performance marketing recommendations, plans, optimization, etc.
Recommend and implement A/B testing strategies to improve performance
Manage and maintain media budgets across multiple channels and campaigns
Coordinate with vendors, agencies or other outsider parties as needed
Project manage performance marketing team deliverables
Skills
Qualifications:
2-3+ years of experience in B2B paid digital campaign development and execution
Cross-channel strategic plan development (paid and organic)
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using Demandbase or other ABM platforms
Experience with Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics (or other CRM)
Certification in Demandbase or other ABM platforms.
Experience in planning and executing organic and/or paid media cross-channel campaigns
Familiarity with segmentation and personalization strategies.
Experience with Hootsuite or other social media management platform
Experience with FirstUp/Dynamic Signal or other employee social advocacy platform
