Qualification:- LLB - with minimum 5 years' experience in legal practice
- Should have good drafting skills and can independently draft Petitions, Appeal Memos, plaint, Written statements, Statement of Objection, Objections to claim petitions, Applications, Rejoinders, affidavits of evidence & such other pleadings.
- Appearance before city Civil Courts, District Court, High Court, Tribunals, Deputy Commissioner.
- The candidate should also have in depth knowledge and experience of handling Court related matters pertaining to Arbitration & Land Acquisition .
- Good knowledge of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ; Civil Procedure Code; Indian Evidence Act 1872; Indian Contract Act 1872, NHAI Act, Consumer civil laws etc.
