Job Description
Qualification: LLB - with minimum 5 years\' experience in legal practice Skills & Experience: Should have good drafting skills. Should be able to draft Petitions, Appeal Memos, plaint, Written statement, Statement of Objection, Objections to claim petitions, Applications, Rejoinders, affidavits of evidence & such other pleadings. Should have appeared before city Civil Courts, District Court, High Court, Tribunals, Deputy Commissioner. The candidate should have in depth knowledge and experience of handling Court related matters pertaining to Arbitration & Land Acquisition . Should possess good knowledge of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ; Civil Procedure Code; Indian Evidence Act 1872; Indian Contract Act 1872, NHAI Act, Consumer civil laws etc. Key Attributes: Ability to work under tight deadlines Proficiency in Kannada Language is an added advantage Apply with resume to [HIDDEN TEXT] mentioning the position in the subject.
