Summary of Position:
We are seeking a Senior Developer with around 4 years of experience in full-stack web development to lead and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of our web-based applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that support our mission to improve lives through innovative eye care.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and contribute to the development of web-based applications, including both front-end and back-end components. Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable software solutions. Design and implement software architecture and core components. Develop responsive user interfaces using modern frameworks such as ReactJS, Angular, or VueJS. Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js, Express.js, or SpringBoot. Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and documentation. Collaborate with DevOps teams for deployment and monitoring. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, proposing improvements to enhance performance and scalability.

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development. Proficiency in JavaScript (Primary), TypeScript , and frameworks like React, Angular (Primary), or Vue.js. Experience with Node.js or Express.js (Good to have), and/or SpringBoot for backend development. Familiarity with IAM platforms and protocols such as SAML, OpenID Connect, and OAuth 2.0. Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB). Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred SkillsKnowledge of accessibility and performance optimization. Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

Work hours: 12 PM to 9 PM IST
