We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Service Management Specialist
Department: Wealth Personal Banking
In this role you will:
Support Jira and Confluence through our internal Jira Service Desk.
Maintain the operational environments both on-prem (Linux) and AWSImplementing new customisations through customer service requests:
Jira project configurations (Workflows, Fields, Screens, Permissions etc.
Confluence content management (Space creation, data cleaning, user macros etc.)
Review and piloting of new apps from the Atlassian marketplace
General maintenance of the application and ensuring best practises
Implementing Application Upgrades
Maintenance of Linux Servers and Postgres Database
Performance and reliability increases on infrastructure
Provide training where required to users for all our tools
Writing Python, Shell, and Groovy scripts for automation and maintenance
Writing Terraform code and maintaining Ansible for deployment
Creating/Maintaining CI/CD Pipelines for automation
Close Issues within agreed SLAs
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Overall 14+ yrs exp . 4-6 years' experience administering & supporting Jira and Confluence
