Senior Associate Director
Principal responsibilities
Provide full scope of the day-to-day Production Support service including resolution of the live incidents as well as post-resolution problem management activities.
Drive major incidents with right progress that fits the requirements for critical services in incident management. Provide timely incident communication to relevant stakeholders
Manage infrastructure and operation cost.
Create, plan and execute service improvement activities
Automate daily manual routine work and identify opportunities for optimization.
Work as the owner of production environment, participant in various change deployments and related post implementation verifications, including pre-deployment engagement
work closely with various stakeholders located in different regions of the world to realize the team's goals (i.e., efficiency, work-life balance, full fill responsibilities defined for application support, etc.)
Work with product vendors to keep track of service level agreements, on-going and pending issues impacting service operations
Contribute productively to the team's objectives, supporting and leading activities to achieve shared goals.
Manage and lead team
Requirements
10-18 years of experience in IT with 10+ years in production support. Should have solid understanding of production support processes.
Experience on
Should have managed lead a large team across multiple regions
Certification like ITIL / SAFe / Agile will be added advantage.
ITIL certification will be added advantage.
Should have strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Strong communication, presentation skills and people management skills
Experience in monitoring tools like AppDynamics. Good knowledge of Agile (scrum methodologies) and Service Now
Experience in CI/CD pipelines and exposure to Arcad and Security control tools like Smart bear
Good Knowledge in Capacity Management /Data Resilience and modern Architectures
Good Knowledge on Incident/Change/Problem/Service Management process
Basic Knowledge on Python and Exposure to any of the Cloud technologies like ( AWS /GCP /Azure)
Good Leadership qualities like proving guidance, instructions and lead the group of individuals for achieving key performance objective
* Good performance management skills to ensure team are given the resources need to develop, recognition and timely feedback
