Sr. Associate Director

In this role,

you will:

Be an active engineer in building engineering standards and automating controls to prevent breaches Lead and manage the team of engineers in driving engineering excellence Plan and execute the engineering work for periodic iteration align to organization direction and team capacity Understand evolving API Engineering standards and aligned to industry practices Lead design discussions and assist the team in deciding most appropriate approach Do problem solving, technical analysis, proof of concepts to resolve challenges/issues Represent the team in senior stakeholders group and collaborate with them to achieve organization goals Establish and evolve necessary controls in Engineering practice for high resilience Drive Engineering excellence by continuous improvement and automation of Engineering practices Automate Engineering practices to world class level

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Must have hands-on experience in Java and Springboot Must have good Knowledge in using GIT, Jenkins, Maven and other DevOps tool. Must have good knowledge on Engineering best practices and various design principles Must have experience in problem solving including complex engineering challenges, application performance/security Strong understanding of API security principles like OAuth2 and various security y patterns. Strong hands-on experience of AWS, GCP or any other cloud platform is required. Strong in written and verbal communication, feel comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders Strong experience of managing a team of 6-8 engineers, direct reporting. 12+ years of experience in Engineering role capacity in IT Good to have ESB, JMS/MQ technologies and Restful web services using Mulesoft, Kong or any similar tool Good to have experience in matrix reporting kind of organization
