Title: Real Estate Associate (Business Development)
Position Overview
: We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in Real Estate Business Development to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional who excels at identifying new opportunities and executing deals for domestic and NRI clients. The Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the acquisition, sale, leasing and management of real estate assets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
o Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, investors, and industry partners. o Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes. o Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads and enhance client engagement. o Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and build relationships.
2. Deal Execution:
o Assist in the preparation of investment proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials. Support the due diligence process, including financial analysis, property assessments, and market studies o Excellent command over the documentation process. o Keep abreast of the market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activities.
3. Client Management
: o Serve as a primary point of contact for domestic clients, ensuring exceptional service and communication. o Manage client relationships to foster trust and loyalty, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
Qualifications
: o 2-5 years of experience in real estate, with a focus on business development and deal execution. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships. o Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends. o Proficiency in power point and excel o Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
