Key Responsibilities
1. Office Administration
Oversee daily office operations, housekeeping, utilities, and general upkeep.
Manage stationery, pantry supplies, office consumables, and ensure timely replenishment.
Coordinate with service providers for office equipment maintenance (AC, printers, IT devices, etc.).
Handle office inventory, asset tracking, and documentation.

2. Store Repair & Maintenance
Act as the first point of coordination for repair and maintenance requests from all Mulmul stores.
Arrange electricians, carpenters, painters, and maintenance vendors as and when required.
Track completion timelines and ensure quality workmanship.
Maintain a log of store maintenance tickets and monthly repair reports.

3. Vendor & Liaison Management
Maintain strong relationships with local authorities, building management, utility providers, and vendors.
Obtain necessary approvals, documentation, and permissions (mall coordination, signage approvals, event permissions, etc.).
Ensure timely payments, rate negotiations, and contract renewals with vendors.

4. Shoot Logistics & Coordination
Support the creative, marketing, and production teams during shoots.
Arrange logistics such as location permissions, transport, materials pickup/drop, and on-ground setup.
